Does this sound familiar?

You know how important self-care is. You really want to do the things that nourish and support you. You may even have a plan for your self-care.  But somehow the day slips by as you get caught up in taking care of others and doing everything that needs to be done.


You put off self-care or even resist it. Perhaps you feel you don’t deserve to take the time for yourself.  Or if you do make an effort at self-care, you don’t really know what you need to do for yourself in the moment. Whatever the reason, it doesn’t happen. And then you feel guilty and beat yourself up for not taking better care of yourself.


You understand in theory why self-care is important, but the systems you’ve tried just don’t seem to work for you. You want to have a system in place that nourishes you with what you need, but you don’t really don’t know what that means or how it might look.

The problem with most self-care systems is that they were created with a “one size fits all” approach. You are not a “one size fits all” person. You were created to be unique!

What’s Human Design?  Your genetic programming can be compared to a computer operating system that tells the body what it needs to do and how it needs to act, so that you stay healthy and energized. Up until recently, you had to be a geneticist to have some sort of understanding about how truly unique each living human being is. And even geneticists are at a loss for understanding what makes you, as an individual, thrive at the very deepest levels.

Now, with the help of the ancient wisdom systems and quantum mechanics, you can unlock your own body’s codes for navigating through life in a healthy and energized way.

How it Works…

  • This is a 2 part video workshop.
  • Attendance at both meetings is not required. You will get a recording. If you do attend live you will get the added benefit of interacting with the group and the instructor.
  • Part 1 – Learn about your Human Design type’s self-care strategies.
  • Part 2 – Self-Care Clinic – Bring your Human Design chart and your questions. You’ll work on a practical  and realistic approach to address your most immediate self-care needs.
  • You will get a note taking guide and homework to try between meetings.
  • The videos of both parts of the workshop will be recorded and emailed to you.


  • All participants will get $20 credit toward a 30 minute private one to one session!
  • All participants will receive the recorded modules (the ones that have been created so far) of “Human Design for Beginners”. This will give you information about the background of the system of Human Design, and is a good resource to review prior to the first class if you are totally new to Human Design.

About the Instructor

Sandy Freschi is a Level 4 Certified Human Design Specialist who received her initial training and certification from Karen Curry Parker (author of “Understanding Human Design”). She takes an eclectic approach to her ever-deepening understanding of this complex system, and has studied a variety of material from multiple different sources… to include the “Living Your Design” program from the International Human Design School, “The Gene Keys” by Richard Rudd, Foundational Classes for business and Human Design from the BG5 Business Institute, and various books like the Baan Tu and others.

Sandy believes that the wisdom of Human Design is already encoded in you. She strives to make the information of the system as accessible as possible, so that you can easily apply it to your life and unlock your own truth.
