Welcome to the Deconditioning Blueprint Course!

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m really excited to help you uncover the energy dynamics that keep you from living your best life. As you use your Human Design chart to identify long-held patterns that sabotage your power, you’ll find that outside forces will no longer keep you from living an awakened, successful, satisfying, and peaceful life.

How to Approach this Course

This is an extensive course with a lot of information. Here are some tips to avoid becoming overwhelmed.

=> Go in the order of the tabs – Each tab is a module that contains a video, supporting text, documents, and assignments.

=> Make space in your life to integrate the information of each module – The ideal amount of time to complete this course is 90 days. This gives you time to watch the videos, do the assignments, and get your questions answered via scheduled private Q&A sessions without losing momentum and focus.

=> Schedule time to complete your course material – Before starting, look ahead at the modules to determine the approximate amount of time to devote to each one. Then block out that time on your schedule. You don’t want this course to gather dust on your computer. You want to use it and apply what you learn as quickly as possible.

=> Schedule your Private Q&A sessions – Once you’ve determined when you will work on the lessons in this course, go ahead and schedule your Private Q&A sessions. Ideally, we will meet after you complete Module 2 and Module 3. Your links to schedule each live session is contained within the instructions of those 2 Modules.

  • A Note About Timing and Communication – This course is meant to be completed within 90 days of purchase. Please set up your schedule for learning and live sessions accordingly. If you are unable to complete within the 90 day timeframe, you will be granted a one month extension by making special arrangements with me.
  • Sometimes people buy courses to consume passively. If no attempt is made to schedule your live sessions or to get a 1 month extension prior to the 90 day completion date, I will assume that you are one of these people and have elected to forfeit the opportunity to attend the Private Q&A sessions.

1a. YOUR NOT SELF CHART  

Your Not-Self Chart

You can see exactly how much you’re being affected by conditioning by coloring in the white areas of your Human Design chart. So let’s get your body involved in this process… no you don’t have to do a dance or run a mile or anything like that. Just get out your crayons (or colored pens) and let your hand/eye connection assist you in raising your personal awareness. By manually making a visual chart of the white spaces on your body graph, you will rewire your brain and perceptions.

Make Your Not-Self Chart – This could take some time. So put on some soft music, grab a cup of tea.

Look Over Your Chart – Take a little time to look it over you not-self chart with soft eyes. Make note of anything that comes to you.

Look at Your Chart in a Few Days Notice if you see something different.

This module sheds light on how your type of definition affects your conditioning. In the module on the Mechanics of Conditioning, we briefly explored the hierarchy of conditioning… meaning the places to look first for the deepest conditioning. We’re going to delve deeper here so that you can get deeper clues into what may be keeping you from living fully as your true self.
