Do You Have Harmony in Your Life … Even When You Have to Work?

Dear Creative Seeker of the Elusive Work/Life Balance,

email-updatesWelcome to this new blog. This post is actually a test of the RSS email notifications you would get if you signed up to receive updates in your inbox. My VIP testers (you know who you are) want to walk through the experience of receiving one of these posts by email.

But I can’t just write a no-content post just to see what we get on the other end. It would not serve you, potential follower with whom I want to continue to engage. So let’s talk briefly about what you can expect from this blog.

The question posed in the title of this post and nature of the tagline of this blog really sum it up…

“Do You Have Harmony in Your Life … Even When You Have to Work?”

“Improve Your Relationship Between Making a Living & Having a Life”

As a life coach and Human Design consultant, I have worked with so many people who are concerned with all things work and life related… mostly the relationship between the two. Many are busy women, entrepreneurs (or budding / struggling / frustrated entrepreneurs), artists, moms, or burned out employees who want to make the leap into a career they love and a life of freedom. Most of our conversations come back to one central topic… How do I fulfill my purpose on the planet while keeping a roof over my head in a way that is energizing rather than draining?

The tools I share with them are effective … skilled listening, Human Design readings, guidance on personal energy management, and even intuitive techniques. And for some time I’ve been feeling a nudge to consolidate the information I share with individuals into a practical and clear format for more people to benefit.

Some of the topics we will explore on this blog are…

  • Work Life Balance
  • Creativity
  • Productivity
  • Wellness / Self-Care
  • Business / Career
